Curious Artila GameJunkie Posted May 29, 2011 Share Posted May 29, 2011 I got the quest from King Starrus to go meet with Melanchion, but there is no way for me to go past Bargha. The gates to the east are shut tight, and Farrar's chair is empty in his meeting hall. (He's alive, just not where he was.) The only way I can get through the gate I need to go through (on the east end of town) requires me to go past the runes in Farrar's area, and then I have to fight the whole town. Can anyone help me? Head west from the river pylon in Northern Avernum past the giants at Grindstone and keep going until you get there from the east side of Melanchion's Lands. You're welcome. I cruised the giant areas already but ran into a river, which on the big map was between me and the quest location. I gave up after wiping out a lich down in a tunnel, some packs of giants/wolves, and fruitlessly looking for a tunnel route.
