Garrulous Glaahk Painted Lady
Okay, I'm done with Avadon and have to say it was very well done. It's easy to immerse yourself in the game because the graphics feel up to date. Big improvement over Avernum in that sense. Also, I think the moral choices are challenging and interesting. Side comment - after reading about the grinding battle required to take out Redbeard I have decided to show mercy and let him live. Main question - in checking my unfinished quests I discovered that I never found a dragon's tooth. Where was it?
Rotghroth Rhapsody Soul of Wit
You meet a dragon that you can kill.
Hatchling Cockatrice Randomizer
It's in the mouth of a very tough dragon that you can kill. This is supposed to be the second hardest fight of the game. Click to reveal.. Zephyrine
Garrulous Glaahk Painted Lady
Maybe you could kill that certain dragon - I actually had tried, but it didn't work out so well. Maybe if I had gone back after leveling up it would have been possible. Thanks so much!
Ineffable Wingbolt Øther
My party got a lucky stun on it on the first turn, so for three turns it did nothing, and I got it to half health. Then it came back and started attacking and called in three of its pets. I died the next round.
Ineffable Wingbolt Superba
My party had that three turns stunning as well, then I tried to kick apart the drake and the three pets from each other, (knocking back options of the party). This because the pets seem to "recharge" and then "recharge" the drake with their powers. I also noticed that they had problems "recharging" when separate from the drake. So I cornered the drake (with blademaster) against a wall while Nathalie and Jennell killed the pets one by one. But all this is difficult because they also knock you back so it takes a lot of time. I gave up but i will try again before the end...
Ineffable Wingbolt Superba
Went back after previous post and managed to kill the drake, now I don't understand why there's no "special item" on its body... its treasure is quite miserable and doesn't pay the Battle Elixirs and Recovery potions I had to use. I hoped for some "Drake fire cap" or "Vest of Ice"... :-(
Easygoing Eyebeast Jerakeen
Your reward is the satisfaction of knowing that you have rid the Pact of a dangerous pest.
Ineffable Wingbolt Superba
Right you are. Can't help notice that drake has a miserable mansion too, narrow, with small lava lake, probably it was a poor young rascal... I begin to feel guilty for killing it :-)
Easygoing Eyebeast Jerakeen
Don't. It would have made trouble for Avadon eventually.
Hatchling Cockatrice Randomizer
She is a young dragon just starting out so there isn't much loot.
Tenderfoot Thahd blm14
I just finished the "zephyrine's intentions" quest but it doesn't appear possible anywhere that you can actually fight her to kill her... Am I missing something?

Ineffable Wingbolt Superba
Actually you can provoke her immediately after the "test" following the dialogue about her impeachment with the orcs. When you insist accusing her she will attack.
Easygoing Eyebeast Jerakeen
And she will destroy you. Wait until later.
