Rotghroth Rhapsody Tracer Bullet
Help! I seem plagued by issues! Who here knows how to kill Ghaldring?! I have 14 Mech, 12 Lead, 18 Living Tools, and I'm a Shaper. Help!
Ineffable Wingbolt Lord Safey
You attack him till he is dead.
Kyshakk Koan Txgangsta
Hidden for the sake of the random guy that doesn't want to know. Click to reveal.. Turn off the Pylons and it becomes easier. Also go talk to the Agent in the northwest corner to destroy the escape route in the east. Then everyone makes for a big charge and he dies easy. As for my other response, thanks, that helps. But after releasing the wingbolts and kyshakk, i only had enough living tools for one of the pylons, which killed me five times since I last wrote. Garrulous Glaahk Serene Tempest
What do you have for critters? And what are your magic and basic (Strength, etc) stats?
Rotghroth Rhapsody Tracer Bullet
Two War Tralls (yes, I'm still stuck) little Strength less Dexterity, very little Essence left and no Essence pods, 237 HP.
Kyshakk Koan Txgangsta
Try keeping your character as far back as possible (to the point where you aren't healing your main guy) and just heal your War Tralls as much as possible. Let The other creatures and shapers take losses (you are telling them to charge, right?). Don't let your character take any damage if at all possible (be sure to take out the pylons you can though). If that doesn't work, change the difficulty setting. If your at normal, you can go down to casual to make up for the difficulty of not having those living tools. If none of that worked, and you really really think you can kill him if you just had the living tools, shift+D "rechargeme" and "healmenow". They are cheats, but, then again, you weren't told you needed living tools.
Well-Actually War Trall Acky
If you aren't already, kill Ghaldring's top and bottom Drakons to reduce the amount of creations coming at you. Also, if you're careful and slick about it, you can get into fight mode with only 1 of the Drakons on Ghaldrings flanks; they're much easier to kill and can (if I remember correctly) even be drawn away if you position it right. Since you seem to pretty much have a deadweight shaper, use all your essence to heal/buff you War Tralls. Two War Tralls can take on the Ur-Drakon with a little practice. Also keep in mind that you can exit the area and go back to a town to recharge/heal. Save pods for the actual fight. As for taking out Ghaldring himself, besides killing off his helpers, try and use the NPC's a meatshields. It doesn't matter if they die or not, and Astoria is pretty strong on her own. I would personally focus all attacks on Ghaldring and skimp on the pylons altogethor but that's up to you. Hope this helps.

Hatchling Cockatrice Randomizer
The Shaper NPCs attack the north drakon first, then the south one before going after Ghaldring. So concentrate your damage with there's to speed up the process. If the fight really drags on that long for Astoria to get damaged to die, then she uses a spell to take herself from the battle field and you will need to finish on your own. Back in beta version, Astoria could die.
