Easygoing Eyebeast Enraged Slith
http://www.slashfilm.com/star-wars-fan-w...-menace-review/ I can understand getting upset over someone completely trashing something you love, but not 108 page essay upset. I think I grew a little nerdier just reading the url.
Ineffable Wingbolt Lord Safey
Hate to be judgmental but that is obsessive.
Well-Actually War Trall The Ratt
I can respect him because he has passion and it is harder to argue for the virtues of something, especially on the internet where anonymity leads to verbal assault of both the topic and person. I didn't think the prequel movies were that bad. Sure they aren't as original because of all the other sci-fi stuff that has come out since then, but they are part of the legacy and tell an important part of the story. Plus the battle scene are more epic and The Phantom Menace has arguably the coolest bad guy of the movies.

Well-Actually War Trall The Ratt
I think Darth Maul is more bad*** than Darth Vader. General Grevious is up there too, but the fact that his voice makes him seem decrepit really takes away from his appeal. I would say of the Sith Lords, Darth Maul is the coolest followed by Darth Vader.
Easygoing Eyebeast Triumph
Vader in his prime, in A New Hope and Empire Strikes Back, totally beats Maul for coolness. Vader may not show off such fierce fighting skills, but the overall character is much cooler - from the cape to the breathing to the casual execution of annoying subordinates. I think Grievous is also cooler than Maul. He had some character too. Darth Maul was so...undeveloped, at least TPM (I don't know about all the EU stuff). /twocents
Well-Actually War Trall A less presumptuous name.
It may be my youth, but I don't see what the big deal is. They're prequels, of course some people will like them and others won't. That's life, pick a side and move on. Darth Maul and Grievous are cooler visually, but Vader finds your lack of respect for him disturbing. I love the effects in the prequels more, yet I respect the original story. Ineffable Wingbolt Tirien
Darth Vader will force choke anyone who thinks Darth Maul or Grievous are cooler. Main reason I hated the prequels. http://www.irregularwebcomic.net/82.html
Understated Ur-Drakon Sudanna
Unbelievably hilarious and accurate review of Episodes 1: http://www.redlettermedia.com/phantom_menace.html 2: http://www.redlettermedia.com/clones.html and 3: http://www.redlettermedia.com/sith.html All are quite long. Rotghroth Rhapsody Locmaar
One's a review and the other is a paper to show how wrong that review is. It's some sort of meta review and it's also incredibly dull.
Well-Actually War Trall Rowen
I saw the name of this thread and thought it was going to be about butter. Then I tried watching one of those videos and now I really wish it was about butter. At least butter doesn't have to force funny to keep people easting it like that video did.
