But I have downloaded and registered Geneforge 5 on my Windows 7 laptop. It works fine most of the time, but now when I try and open it suddenly says it an unregistered version. I might have moved some of the files accidently, but I have no real idea why this has happened and wonder if anyone can help? Thanks! Magnificent Ornk Dikiyoba Posted June 19, 2010 Share Posted June 19, 2010 The registration information is stored in a preferences file in the folder that keeps all your saved games. If you've deleted or moved your saved games, you probably took the preferences file with it. If you can restore it, you should be registered again. If you can't restore it, just send Spiderweb an e-mail with your registration code explaining the problem and you'll get a new key soon. Dikiyoba.
