I asume you mean in the "Who's Online" box. As far as I can tell it provides the same type of tooltip for admins, mods, and regular members.

it doesnt for admins and mods. if you mouse over them nothing pops up. but for the members it tells you when they last posted.

It's possible. It may be UBB's (crazy) idea of a security feature. (Having only an account which currently has moderator status, my previous note should perhaps be amended with "to moderators".)

I suspect the glitch is with your computer, as the last active pop-up works for me whenever I scroll over anyone's name, whether they're a mod, a regular member, or even an administrator.

Dikiyoba sees a tooltip that says when a user was last online in the Who's Online box regardless of whether they're a admin, global mod, regular mod, or regular member. Of course, the box itself is essentially useless since it doesn't always update regularly, so it doesn't really matter what it does. The Who is online page linked to in the Who's Online box is better for that sort of thing and again provides the same information regardless of whether someone is an admin, mod, or regular member.

It's conceivable that the information is only shown on users with equal or lower privilege so that mods can see mods and regular members but regular members can only see other regular members. That could be a weird UBB thing.
