I'm on the quest to go to the dragon, but I'm taking my time and finishing up everything I can before that. I looked on the item list, and looked through the topics, and I can finally conclude that the frozen blade is dropped on a small hill in the north eastern part of the Eastern Gallery that I hadn't gone through yet. I went there and found and altar, but no one was there... because I had gone to far and already killed the manburner, does that mean I miss out on the frozen blade? It would suck if it does.
