Understated Ur-Drakon Celtic Minstrel
Um.... no idea. Is your monitor set to 256 colours exactly? You could try setting it to a higher colour depth and see what happens...
Hatchling Cockatrice Mea Tulpa
It sounds like a monitor depth issue, and it sounds like you know that. More information, please. Computer, monitor, operating system (you're not running it under emulation, are you?) would all be helpful. Also, was it working fine before and suddenly did this, or did you just set it up / re-set it up and ran it for the first time?
Curious Artila Nicholas
Let me tell you the story, i was changing a bit of the graphics it was fine, then i stopped playing exile 2 for a while (Because i finished the demo) and like a month later i start playing again (to make a video on my game fan site) and then when i play it starts to look weird, so i reinstall it, and still have the weird graphics. Hatchling Cockatrice Mea Tulpa
"Changing a bit of the graphics"? Meaning what? Also, please see the above question that you didn't answer. Look, people here are happy to help you troubleshoot, but if you don't provide all possibly relevant information, nobody's gonna be able to help. You've tried the obvious fixes. Curious Artila Nicholas
OMG! I fixed the problem, and you won't believe this! I put 256 colors off.... DONE (please lock this)

Understated Ur-Drakon Celtic Minstrel
I suggested setting your computer to something greater than 256 colours.
