Tenderfoot Thahd OrbofThralni
So how do I get rid of this guy? Darn maid asked me to get rid of him and didn't tell me how I'm thinking of firing her... she sure doesn't like cleaning that garbage out of the mansion
Hatchling Cockatrice Randomizer
Wander around the mansion until you see him. Sometimes it's the garden and there isn't anything to do. When he stands next to a pillar in the southeast part then search that pillar for a nifty item.

Unfortunately, slaying her causes a transformation into pigeons. When Hawke appears a second time he simply reenacts his death. So don't try prodding him into giving you something, he won't. Tenderfoot Thahd OrbofThralni
oh I was just joking about firing her. I knew I wouldn't be able to do so Thanks for the help. I had fun killing that basilisk. heh
Articulate Vlish Unrulyevil5
Basilisks are hellish good I mean when I was going through the giants dungeons and that, I summoned basiliks and they were able to turn those nagas, efreets and dark wyrms into stone. How perfect for a level 10 creature to turn something like that into stone I mean what monsters can't be turned into stone by basilisks
Understated Ur-Drakon Callie
I think wizards are immune to basilisks, and I think the vahnatai are as well (though it may just be the vahnatai lords).
Understated Ur-Drakon Celtic Minstrel
I think immunity to basilisks is part of the magic immunity trait. I can't remember – if you Scry Monster, does it tell you which of {magic, fire, cold, poison} the monster is immune or resistant to? If so, that's probably how you can find out which monsters are immune to petrification.
