Fledgling Fyora philip32686
I just started playing the geneforge series, and i'm guessing that the battles are similar in each one, so I have a question about attack points.. I chose a shaper, and every turn he has 2 attack points. I need 3 to do anything useful with him, and i've been trying to find how to increase my attack points online and on the in-game guide. I think it's something to do with dexterity and less weight that my character carries, but am not completely sure. Please help!
Burgeoning Battle Gamma Ganduv
He's probably encumbered. Go to your characters item page and if it says that he has more weight than he can carry then that is probably your problem.

Unflappable Drayk Zummi
Don't forget that encumbrance is only affected by the equipment you have equipped, not in your inventory. And it's action points.
Hatchling Cockatrice Alorael at Large
Your carrying capacity is affected only by your Strength. To use more stuff, add more points to that. —Alorael, who will note that there are a few items that give you extra action points. They're rare and quite useful. Hatchling Cockatrice Alorael at Large
All of the crafted artifact boots give AP. One pair gives +2 AP. —Alorael, who tried to give his character two sets of boots at once. The extra AP pretty much canceled out with the awkwardness of movement. Since you mentioned you're playing through the series, I figured it was a point that needed raising.
