You shouldnt kill alwan until you have joined ghaldrins faction and he gives you the quest to kill the councilors. Hopefully you saved before you killed alwan. If you dont then you cant join anyfaction because you need to deliver that message to alwan to join ghaldrin, and all the shapers will attack u when you get to theit towns. You cant join litalia because she gives you a quest that involves astoria and astoria will attack you because you have slayed alwan. All in all if you didnt save then you have to start over. PC: "Yeah, that papyrus sliced open his jugular, it was actually quite messy. I got blood all over my nice lifecrafter robes, and even worse, your message! It's illegible. Although perhaps if we get it identified by the local sage..." Ghaldring: "YESSS! EVERYTHING IS COMING UP GHALDRING!" PC: *confused* "Err, but what about the message, my lord?" Ghaldring: *gives the PC a perplexed look, which essentially says "Goddamn retarded humanoids. Anyway, this is a rather funny glitch, I agree. But I think you could still save your game by editing the scripts - how good are you at that? If you don't know I can guide you.
