In Geneforge 2 it was: Iron Bars Shaper Equipment Mined Crystals I'm currently just starting out in Geneforge 3 and I've already found a lot of Iron Bars, Shaper Equipment, Mined Crystals, Beautiful Crystals and so on. You needn't sell everything you come across just because it's there. If you're planning to use enchanted anvils, depending on what you want to make, you'll also want to keep other things; the walkthrough has a list of what you'll need. There is at least one other one-off item collection quest in G2 as well, plus the gemstones and emeralds for the merchant in the swamp. Dikiyoba has no idea whether there are any such quests in G3. First she acts you to get some saltweed from Shannin's Grove (the one on the far northeast) and then some wiry moss from those woods with the spawner.
