gremlin Posted April 22, 2009 Share Posted April 22, 2009 So I've gone through the game as a rebel for my first run through and broke through to the Shaper Citadel. Once I've killed all three surviving council members I end the fight and it ques the ending. Problem is, the ending I get is Alstoria's. Needless to say, she's been very dead for quite a while now, and even before I killed her she was pretty mad at me so I can't even begin to imagine why I'd get that of all endings besides there being some strange glitch. Randomizer Posted April 22, 2009 Share Posted April 22, 2009 It's possible that the cheat codes prevented the correct sdf from being set to give the right text for the ending. The problem occured before the final fight. The game thought that you were still part of Astoria's faction even though you did the Ghaldring ending. Lilith Posted April 22, 2009 Share Posted April 22, 2009 The exitzone cheat is the usual culprit for this, because there's a bug where it can clear areas that aren't supposed to be cleared yet, which in turn allows you to go to places you shouldn't be in.
