Garrulous Glaahk ixfd64
Has anyone ever encountered this annoying problem? Basically, if you get webbed by a spider three times in a row, you'll lose a turn. However, if you lose a turn, and the spiders keep webbing you, you'll never get a turn, resulting in an infinite loop.
Hatchling Cockatrice Lilith
It's not actually infinite. If you wait long enough, eventually the spiders will bite you to death. But yeah, this is one of the major perils of playing with a one-PC party.
Magnificent Ornk Drakefyre
This wasn't so bad in the Exile games, but in Blades of Exile (Tatterdemalion especially), it has caused me to force quit a lot of games.
Unflappable Drayk Princess Ruth
Or just cheat and use the editor to unweb yourself.
Magnificent Ornk Drakefyre
... You can't save in combat mode, and if you have 0 AP you can't end combat.
Easygoing Eyebeast ben4808
Basically, you get frustrated and watch your God party get eaten by a few weak little spiders, immediately close out the game, and post here to complain. But yeah, that can be annoying. Fear the spiders.

Hatchling Cockatrice Alorael at Large
I prefer to make my entire party Highly Alert for just that reason. —Alorael, who actually likes giving most of his party most positive traits. The experience penalties are for the most part outweighed by the benefits.

Well-Actually War Trall BainIhrno
This happened to me in some BoE scenarios, such as AC1 and Arachnid Attack. I was forced to restart my computer in the former, and got killed in the latter.
