There's a quest to kill Lord Farrar? I did that (w/o the quest) as an experiment thinking he might be the "key" for getting past the wheel. Guess it was for naught, and I'll have to back up.

How much strength DO you need to turn that blasted wheel under Bargha? Also tried talking my way past his minion to the west, but apparently "rules have been changed" and my credentials aren't good enough. Forced my way past the dummy (seemed like a reasonable solution at the time based on the dialog box), but after killing him and initial defenders am finding the whole area -even the lizards -hostile. Am I missing something?
