  1. Ah the heck with it. I just read something about the usefulness of parry. Ill go all out with parry and use healing magic for augment. I believe warriors get that cheap. It cant be that bad on normal.
  2. Interesting. What skills does a warrior need for solo? For my previous agent I specialized in mental/spellcraft, strength, endurance and blades and the works. Will that work for the warrior or is there something else I should put points to.
  3. Hi there. Im really ramping up with these games. I played Geneforge 1-3 as a solo agent that used daze and blades. It was a lot of fun. As 3 was a breeze, now Im onto Geneforge 4. I want to play as a completely different character this time to try something new. How bout a Guardian? Can they solo the game like an agent or should I try this shock trooper character. I really like solo characters as you get all the exp to yourself.
  4. That sounds good, I will try and get some potions and do what you said. I am using 3 characters and slowly learning the tactics that make the game interesting. One of the tactics I just learned was that if your mage hastes himself, he instantly gains a new turn with 2 attacks. Are there any other tactics for my fighters or should I just go all out with potions and hasting?
  5. Im trying to figure out how to survive in this game. It was an easy ride for the first 5 levels but now Im up to fighting the white rats and they are destroying me in Rats Aplenty. Am I doing something wrong, some of the enemy has 2-4 attacks and I only have 1 attack per each of my 2 warriors. They can dish out more damage in one round than I can in 2. Is there a skill level of hardiness that will deflect more damage or do I need more health?
  6. I went with this game-Avernum. My main character is on the right of my profile picture. Me and my party are level 18.
  7. Greetings! I am a very lucky person to have all rpgs games at my disposal. I dont really want to guess at which game to play first so I'll just ask a question. Of the games purchased, which has the best story and is still fairly simple to get into?
