Randomizer:: Yet I can't go through the gate and I have the quest.

That didn't work Captain. I went to the gate, dialogued the dude standing there, killed him, and returned to Comannder R, no new dialogue. Also I went downstairs after killing the dude and all ogre's aggro'ed, no dialogue chance. Something is bugged here.

The problem is I did that route and it ended up killing EVERYBODY (did it a couple times actually trying to see if something would trigger when most were dead). When all were dead I went back to Commander R and he didn't give me a completion dialogue.

So how do you complete this mission? I have spoken with Commander R, went down below and did the ogre retreat dialogue, spoke with Commander R again, and then headed off to the Ogre camp to "pacify them". When I speak with Ogre Deputy "R" (I'm typing this off memory") who is blocking the entrance I have a bunch of dialogue options but none that let me through, all either end in "go away" or a battle.

Just got Avernum 6 HD for the Ipad and one feature I would love, given the limited screen pace and annoying scrolling, is the ability to hide entries in "your records" even though they remain active. Thinking mostly for those quests you don't care about ("Donating Meal" for example) or ones that don't clear for some reason (you messed up the objective, killed somebody before you were suppose to, etc) ... example here is "Message in Almaria" which never seems to clear from "Your Records" even after you complete it. Also some could use either some additional info or multiple sub-items such as: "Corrupted Mushrooms" (how many of the four did I get and where from?) or items like "collect X hides" .. well how many hides do I currently have? (as they don't show up in the inventory) Yes I can track all this with pen and paper or google but still annoying for self contained tablet game.
