Fixed it, found the solution.
The problem was related to the font size not changing when you change the DPI scaling to small. It seems like there is a bug in Windows 7 if it is installed on a computer with a high def screen, it installs the default fonts and DPI at 125%, however, when you change it back to 100%, some of the fonts are not changed to their smaller version.
It is easily fixed by editing the fonts in the registry. Alwasy back up the keys you change before you make any changes so that you can revert back.
