Nothing...I walked from avadon straight to the tower, downstairs, then back up the other stairs to get to him. I think i maybe stopped at a store and bought a couple of potions.

Yeah my internet is pretty reliable, so i don't think that's it. I just got credit for killing the dragon, at least.

Killed him again. Still no achievement. I know it's possible to get because 0.4% of game owners on steam have it appearently.

EDIT: killed him a third time. This time i made sure nobody was charmed when he died. Still no credit.

I know the achievement says Hard difficulty or higher, but is it bugged/incorrect and require torment or something?

I don't even know how to cheat The closest thing to cheating i did was breaking out all the consumables i had been saving all game. I'm gonna try loading my save from right before the fight and killing him again and i will report back.

One wierd thing that happened that might have screwed it up was one of my party members got charmed right as i killed him.

So does that one just not work at all?

Or did i just get unlucky and have to kill him again?

I killed beloch the scourge on hard and didn't get the achievement for it. Is there something else i need to do? Close the portal completely? Or maybe was there a quest i was supposed to have?
