Any ideas? Has this game been approved for android 4.0?

I've had the game work for about 5 minutes once other than that the game crashes and closes prior to the select load or new game screen. Otherr times i get to the select save or load sceen but the screen flickers over and over and i am unable to make a selection. Basically the game is very unstable on this device. Will there be an update? If you want to send me any apk files to test im willing.
