  1. Once you get aoe spells (lightning spray & mass heal from tower of magi) the game gets a lot easier. Don't do any undead missions without getting lightning spray first because they are immune to ice. Also, going to Cotra and places around that area have pretty easy quests.
  2. Yeah, it really had a lot to do with the -20% to hit on the chest armor in particular. After replacing my heavy armor with a chain armor that has -10% hit, I was at 95% again and could still take a substantial amount of damage. I don't think heavy armor is a good investment for lower level characters who haven't put a substantial amount of points in melee and blademaster, and as long as you put points in hardiness and parry, wearing something like chainmail is still very effective. I managed to tank Drath at level 21 and easily take down Pyrog afterwards. Being able to connect with every hit, coupled with adrenaline rush was crucial to defeating Drath, and my warrior had no issues surviving.
  3. Pretty much everything, especially boss characters. I just did the gremlin cave with the secret Empire base and I think my warrior managed to hit 1 gremlin. He didn't touch any of the empire folk. He's a great meatshield w/ 10 parry and 10 hardness and keeps enemies off my mages, but I wish I could hit something. I might try rearranging my stats for more melee. I got rid of my blessed boots, and will switch out my fibrous breastplate which affects my hit rate by -20% for a chainmail vest for now. I'll lose quite a bit of resistance, but it might be worth it. *EDIT* Losing that armor really helped. I'm up at 95% like the rest of my party. Haven't fought any bosses, but undeads like wights, ghosts, and skeletal warriors are being hit regularly now.
  4. I have a dual wielding lvl 19 warrior tank who can't seem to hit anything. It's usually below 50%, and on most tough guys, at 5%. It sucks having him just be a meatshield for my mages. He is wearing a lot of heavy armor, but I don't understand why it's not offset by my 30 strength, 11 melee weapons, and 10 blademaster. I didn't put points in dual wielding because it only seems to affect damage, not hit. How do I improve my hit chance?
