King Dinosaur Games

I got a million amazing swords and even a couple bows but I have not found a single true artifact pole arm. What am I missing?

I have done all the quests in the upper right quadrant of the map and my characters are around 12 and 13.

Are there any places that I MUST return to find portals? So far I found an interesting one in Formello but I certainly remember being annoyed quite a few times in the past.

Any tips?
