My party is level 8 and I've done the main quests in Silvar and Formello and most of the job board quests.

I tried to go south and pretty much got rocked by a group of Ogers. A Magi in the Tower stated that I was a little low for the area south and should go back North.

What level should should I head down?

I recently discovered this game and played through the demo and I must say it is fantastic. I am shocked as a BG fan that I have some how missed these treasure troves of games this software company has made.

I digress, my question is this:

I've played through the demo and I wish to keep my place and I wish to purchase the game through Steam.

Will steam give me a registration key to put in the demo so I don't loose my place?
