Regarding this "lose Unni's blessing", while we are at it, I wonder what would happen if I sell it and then give the totem to Unni...

1) am I correct that there is only a single totem in Moritz'Kri's tower, and I have to choose whether to hand it in to Unni or to Lady Antje?

2) If it is so: reading the spoilers, Antje's reward seems much better, so (apart from roleplaying) is there a reason why I shouldn't choose her?

Another related question, if I may.

Let us say I put 8 points in some skill in the middle column, and choose the middle column as my "focus" at level 5. Do I get the equivalent of a lvl9 ability, or only lvl8 (and thus the last skill point I spent there is wasted)?
