I know in GF1 it is F10 to save, F9 to load, and in 4 and 5, it's F3 to save, F4 to load. As for 2 and 3, I am sure it's one of these, but you'll have to try that. Be warned you may accidentally use up an item in a quick use slot, I certainly have.
