Where or from whom do I get or find level 3 Move Mountains in Fort Emergence.?

I have been told to fly to talk to hermit about Golems. Still do not have Orb of Thralni nor return to Fort Emergence orb. When I walk back to the fort, Aximander does not give me either of these items. What is happening. Should be able to get these long ago.

Carsta'arls wifeis not in her grove and there is no phantom wolf either. I have the quest to kill him. What do I do? Nathalie's Ambition quest - in the drakes lair the writing on the floor says to go to the mountains to the north but I don't get a map. What do I do? Any help is appreciated. Dianne
