I'm just stupid. I wrongly tried to report back to ilhan instead of Harissa. Once I reported back to her everything works. Thanks!

Stuck in Zhethron's Aerie. I killed all the Wretches In the area with the three cattle gates, but Harissa does not move to unlock the two doors. I ran around multiple times in the Zhethron's Aerie map but there are no wretches left. what am I missing here?
