Is it just me, or is anyone else starting to get images of this in their heads?

Well, by reading this, I realise I should of either thought through my original post a bit better or not at all seeing as this turned out a bit messy. That being said I was happy with Thuryl's explanation but Diki's reaction I found was confronting. Having read a bit of material, and a bit of thought, I'm starting to think it's actually possible. As for labels, well, I dunno. I don't always go for them.

I've only known asexual as what I've mentioned. The only thing I can think of as it being implied otherwise would be referring to androgyny, or celibacy, or both.

One thing that gets me is people being referred to as asexual. It's not like I'm gonna have kids by mitosis or anything

I blame that on teenage hormones mostly. I don't know how it works with the vampire side of things, but I've noticed that women have bigger or better roles in Sci-Fi. Samantha Carter and possibly Aeryn Sun for example.

I couldn't remember what left and right were until I was about 9. Associating phrases or terms to directions was quite annoying. Still is actually.

For years I preferred 6 in a party due to playing Exile a lot. Now that I've played Avernum a few times, and it's been a while since I've played Exile, I'm used to having 4. I'm not sure which one I'd prefer.

It seems that a lot of effort would have to go into post karma.

The vahnatai and Avernum defeated the Empire, and then the Sliths defeated Avernum. Clearly, everything that comes from caves are superior.

I've been here for 12 years now, although the first several years I only had very intermittent internet access. One thing I noticed is that since everyone's gotten older and mature, the topics and posts have changed accordingly. That combined with life grabbing taking us for it's usual course has somewhat diminshed the posting rate.

That probably nailed it on the head to why I'm single. Then again, probably not.

I can count to three in Russian, although I learnt that from listening to, funnily enough, Rammstein.

Figures of speech, whether they be literal or figurative are normally easily discerned to native speakers of any given language and/or culture. Imaginary Bob driving his car into the ground is easily understood as a figurative statement to me, as a native English speaker. Translate that into say, Greek or Chinese, the meaning could change, or be misunderstood.

Playing Avernum while drinking isn't as fun as it seems. For me anyways.

Sine university isn't such a big thing here, the whole "college sweetheart" thing seems non existent. Apart from that, my line of work tends not to have any women around. If there is such a woman, it's usually an office lady who's usually 2-3 times my age. A few time it's been the bosses mrs. So I can't imagine how this actually works.

This suits my philosophy and personality quite well. Less talk more do.
