After completing companion quests I get the option to discuss each of them with Callan, and get two ways to sum up how my companions acted during those quests and their current attitude towards Avadon/Redbeard. Do these reports have any influence on the story and my relationship with my companions? Does it matter how I sum up their attitudes? I'm currently considering if I should honestly say how Nathalie reacted or lie and claim she's as loyal as ever.

Also, is it just me or is Nathalie very annoying?

I've come across many of these items so far, I steal them at every opportunity of course, but the problem is, the NPCs guarding them are often stationary and refuse to move. Is there some kind of stealth skill in this game I'm not aware of? Do I just keep waiting for the NPC to move at some point in the future, perhaps at a later point in the game? Or do I need to kill them somehow if that's at all possible?
