Hi, I have a couple of questions. First of all, I have found a variety of tools that look useful: pickaxes, ropes, shovels and vises to name a few. Do these devices have any use in the game?

Also, I am at the part in the game where I am killing wretches for the dragon, Zhethron, and I met the ogre (Oghram if I remember how to spell his name). Oghram is trying to strike a peace deal with me. Should I go for it, tell him that I have to take him to Avadon or tell him that I unfortunately have to kill him?
