Problem when placing the Royal Seal into the depression (black spire)

Forget my message, I just made a mistake , sorry -
Hi, I've been playing Exile 1 lately, and I'm getting stuck when I attempt to place the Royal Seal in the depression in the tower "The black spire". I get the following message: "You place the seal in the depression. Nothing happens. You pull it out again. Nothing happens. Strange." I tried to speak to Aydin with key words, but this didn't solved the problem. I missed something, but what ?
