Please, can someone confirm/prove false that there are NO background sounds to hear in the houses of the city Goldcrag ?

Avadon - Windows Version There's no background sound to hear in the houses of the first mission city Goldcrag. Is this normal or a bug ? I hear background sounds in the streets and at the countryside.
