I completed Clantha's Competition quest and now I can't find Clantha!

I am missing a trap door that shows on the big map but when I actual get to the site the trap door does not show. My quest is The Jhereth Deeps, location the same. Game map shows two trap doors, a stairway, & a mine trap door. The trap door center of the map is one not showing up. I am running Mac OS X 10.6.7, 2.16 GHz Intel Core 2 due, 2.5 GB SDRAM, Radeon X1600 video card. All software is up to date.

Game was purchase from the Mac Game store. Additionally I am unable to down load the update + the version does not show on my copy. I purchased the game on 3/15/11.
