Thanks guys but I think I must have hit a glitch. I've gone over the area inch by inch multiple times and there are no wretches left to kill. I got the guy with the tribal symbol ages ago. I thought perhaps I was meant to have the key to the south door or something. The only thing I can think of is that I might have left the area after clearing it but before talking to the Keeper again and perhaps that means the next dialog isn't getting triggered.

Okay, so Keeper IIhan wants me to kill all the wretches before he'll help me but I've killed all ones i can find on this map and still no dice. There's a couple of doors and gates to the north that I can't open. What am i missing? Any help much appreciated...
