I may have ruined this for myself...basically, I can't get into Quessa-Uss. I came from the north to Quessa-Uss gates, and challenged Scourge Vossizon to a duel. (I ignored all advice to first go to Derenton...) I killed him and got the key, but when I walked into Quessa-Uss, I got a message saying that the hall had been purposely emptied and that nobody would be waiting for me.
I tried coming in by way of the Cultist safehouse, but nobody was there either. So I went to Derenton, got permission to go to Quessa-Uss from the Drakon envoy, but I still can't get in.
Is there any way I can get in?
