Thanks, I actually had though. Turns out I missed a topic with Erika to tell me to go to Enla. After I did that, it let me use the egg.

So as I'm playing through Avernum 2, when I get to the spot with Vyvnas-Bok's crystal, the game won't let me make quickfire.... It says there's a mage somewhere in Avernum, but I have both eggs... Do I need to talk to someone as well?
