Dont worry. I understand why you bumped. you just wanted to start playing asap. In the future only bump after a day orso. well have fun PS best stat to upgrade is luck , very cheap and better the hardiness for example. also dont use 2 different weapon styles and lower your nature lore a bit, you dont need that much the until a bit later.

  6. Quote: 4-14-2010: We have updated Avernum 6 for the Macintosh to v1.0.3. This update fixes several obscure bugs and a handful of typos. To upgrade, just download the demo and install it over your old copy of the game. Your saved games and registration will be unaffected. Where is the more precise changelog? Does the PC version get an update too this month?
  7. I feel the same way as you do regarding the game. Cannot wait till the new IP game is out for us to play. I hope it is in far alpha state .

  9. how can i use those fine portraits in avernum6, as in where/how do i replace the files? (or is this a retarded question?)
  10. I find it rather annoying that the save games are in the my documents directory. I play on my laptop sometimes and therefore i want my save games to be transfered from my main PC to my laptop my USB stick. with my documents i need to find that directory everytime and all. Rather annoying me thinks.

  12. In other words, its not possible to play on a stick alone. Thats a real pitty. Cant see why it cannot be programmed to work that way. Then again i am not a programmer
  13. Hi all, Got a nonstandard question: Is it possible to install avernum 6 on a usb stick? Iam trying to install it at work to play during breaks but the PC at work are protected against installing programs. I tried to install avernum on my stick which works but at the end it says i need administrator rights.. So is there a work around for that, in other words is it possible to install the game pure and alone on the stick and not a single file on the main © drive ?

If you've had this problem, I have released a v1.0.1 test version that should do better at picking a native screen refresh rate your monitor likes. I wonder if this patch is already useable for bugfix and normal fixes only? And what the changelog is....
