  1. I couldn't stun Zeph a single time out of roughly 30 attempts I made, I had to beat her the old fashion way by taking out all the golems. Indeed Zeph resisted pretty much everything but ensnarement. I had to hold back damaging Zeph so only one golem would activate at a time. (played on Hard)
  2. I found the final battle very frustrating, but also extremely satisfying when I finally finished it, reloading twice for a total of 3 hours on Hard. I used the strategies employed above (never used a major aid wand until this fight!) except with a couple of additions: - Natalie is obviously the key to the fight, so I fed her recovery potions constantly to keep the ice bolts and fire storms coming along. - Kept Natalie in one room because firestorms could reach the sentinels in the other room, greatly assisting my blademaster archer (forget his name, he was only in my party for his special mission and to retrain him lol) in taking down the sentinels in the other room. I can see a singleton winning this fight, but perhaps only with the sorceress.

    Neray

Thanks all, can't believe I scoured everywhere but the warrens! It's all good now. I've played and won all Spiderweb games except Nethergate and the remakes (nothing against it, I just had other stuff going on when it came out...) and this game is still exceedingly refreshing. Thanks again Jeff! z

    Neray

I am going insane, I can't find Neray anywhere, I've search the Aerie, KVA lands, and Goldcrag, and I am now quite a ways beyond my first visit to Jereths Deeps. Can someone let know where Neray shows up the first time? Tx!
  5. Svelte, thank you, that did the trick! Cheers, Z
  6. I've spent 2 hours on this fight, I've tried standing on every spot I can in the Western circle, and I have yet to see any shade summons. My party has divine fire and fire strike (as well as Divine Intervention) and looking at the above posts this fight should be quite doable. I think in concept this fight could have been fun, but Jeff should have made ALL spaces in the circle as the shade activators. I don't think I would have ever even tried this fight more than 3 or 4 times without reading this thread. Short of a screenshot, can someone explain where to stand? Thanks, Z
