Ah, that's a shame. Can I get by with a reload within the citadel, at a point further back, or do I need to restart altogether?

Yeah, in several places. Not within the citadel if that makes a difference, and none of the reputation changing codes

So I've gone through the game as a rebel for my first run through and broke through to the Shaper Citadel. Once I've killed all three surviving council members I end the fight and it ques the ending. Problem is, the ending I get is Alstoria's.

Needless to say, she's been very dead for quite a while now, and even before I killed her she was pretty mad at me so I can't even begin to imagine why I'd get that of all endings besides there being some strange glitch. Can anyone tell me what's going on here?
