I can see on the G.F. map that this place is accessable from either the S.W. Wastland or Remote woods, but currently neither of these two areas have anyway of getting to the secret access route. And where is this Tholosss guy hiding? Thanks

Seems I read somewhere in this forum about a place you can see where you loyalty toward certain factions lie. Would someone tell me where? Thanks
