You didn't HAVE to kill Sal. But it was a very real possibility. In any case, what you may or may not have done in previous games is not necessarily canon.

You only get that if you agree to his offer. You can still finish his quests just fine.

It was never supposed to be included in the first place and Jeff removed it for the Windows release.

There should be a special ending when you manage to piss off every faction.

Rawal isn't one of the five routes to victory. It does lead you to an ending, but hardly a preferable one.

Ah, so Jeff just hasn't taken into account that the final fight is really that simple and Astoria doesn't necessarily leave? Fair enough. Which leaves us to any other small errors. I have been unable to find any, but they might be out there

I have a couple of completely unrelated questions and a strong urge to ask them. I hope it's OK to post them in one topic, so it won't clutter the fora. First of all, the Windows version was released a considerable amount of time ago, but I haven't received the newsletter about it. Is there, or will there be, an official announcement? Secondly, I recall a minor continuity issue with Astoria's faction, where in the ending she asks the PC to 'tell her all about it' even though she was present in the final fight and, in fact, dealt the final blow. Can anyone confirm this or is my memory playing tricks on me again? Furthermore, has anyone spotted any similar errors? And lastly, has Jeff said anything about whether or not Geneforge will be replaced by another game. I don't want to know what it is, only whether there are any plans for a new title. I appreciate any replies.
