Well, odd thing, but only one of the pillars has the option to touch it (in the drayks vale), as even after i touch the one pillar (and feel a sharp stinging sensation) the others remain untouchable.

Funny thing, but i figured out the Big Secret by going to the room and then talking to him. Problems arise when i try to get out of conversation with the dude (insta-death). Thanks anyways!

As a level 18 shaper i find that the next obvious place to go is spirit's city. I haste myself and try to go into the temple there, but i can barely keep up with the damage (healing myself twice each turn) and when i try to talk to the priest, im hit for 70 damage before i talk to him, and then 70 after (which kills me).

I've got 106 health atm.

Ive tried it on tormet and easy, damage remains the same. Is there any way to talk to this guy without dying, (other than spending 20 skill points on endurance?).

Might be useful to note that i have played the entire rest of the island on torment.

I just killed Syros the Drayk (the drayk who opens up rooms at the cost of skill points), and then when i try to speak to learned Darion (for the first time) he is hostile and attacks me. Is this due to me killing Syros? Or is it because of a sect i may be aligned to.
