Any idea what I'm missing for the "kill the 3 guys" quest?

Hello,

What else do I have to do to complete these quests?

1) I was asked to kill 3 rogues in a storeroom for someone. I killed all 3 but he still asks me to kill them.

2) I killed the animal where the "Presence" was living and the Presence left and when somewhere I guess. I have been looking for hours and can't find it.

Now what?

I'm in the storeroom and picked up the healing potion and cloak, how do I pickup the sword off the table?

It seems I am not allowed to leave without it.
