That does sound like a very good way to play Geneforge. The one problem is this: I am so occupied saving up for creations that I cannot splurge my money on a spell. And I usually forget about all of my spells. This happens to me in all RPGs.

Good idea, but I autosaved, quicksaved, and saved on my main file after I bought Rotghroth and so that wouldn't work anymore. But I got 1000 coins from Alwan, so I'm on my way to enough money for drayk. But I'll probably just improve Rotghroth.

I agree. Everyone who once knew how to shape should die, their writings should die, and the canisters should be destroyed. Then, effectively, we have unrung a bell.

I have finally worked up the money to afford Create Rotghroth from Olipha, but I have met a quandary. Should I but Rotghroth, or Drayk, which is slightly cheaper? And I did in fact, ask what Edgar and Ellen would do, but that didn't help. Edit: Rotghroth is higher tier, so I guess I'll go with it. Edit again: I just bought Rotghroth, but I just realized something. My max essence is 250. I want to have 2 creations. That leaves 125 each. Kyshakk costs 125, without any stats! I might have to just make 2 rots. Any better combinations for a team?

Okay, now I know what I want to do with the items, but where can I find an enchanted anvil?

Has anyone ever considered going through the scripts and publishing them in an organized fashion and putting them on the strategy central? I might try it. But first I need someone to help me figure out how they're ordered.

I beg to differ. No melee attack of a ranged creation is ever better than the ranged attack, unless they have quick action and it hits twice.

Wait a minute! These scripts go by last save! This has something to do with the code... is it the least bit risky to be messing with this stuff?

I think the loading pictures of drakons are cooler, but perhaps not the in-game.

Keep healing myself? Am I supposed to cheat?! Never!! I only have minor heal, and that's not good enough to sustain my kyshakk and me until the doors open! Is there a place in Gazaki-Uss where I can learn Major Heal, learn Heal, or improve group heal? Edit: I made it through! Yippedeezoodah! Does Ghaldring attack me?

I need to get to Ghaldring. This much I understand. I also know that I need to go through either the labs or the power core. The labs are too dangerous; I keep getting killed by a horde. The core has no possible exit, and I can't get out. How do I go through them, either one? Which one is best?
