Oh, Brock, you stole Nalyd's avatar idea while he was away. only for a second while I got the one I have now. Also, mine was from the digitally enhance recent movies.
  2. Also, she was virtual, Iffy is just experiencing child-murder vicariously so he can decide if he really wants to do it. Maybe no one would notice if he used a bow and arrow. Tongue.
  3. I do. The unaligned one, and in game where you can't do that, I still do by killing everyone and everything at the end of the game.
  4. I tried it, but it was so diffivult to get only the same ones I gave up. just watch the screen for a while and u will see why.
  5. it means that sticking to the good and evil ideals is unlucky. just kidding.
  6. Dang, I think I am going to read that! Andraste: unfortunately, in some cultures the nobles really did have that much incest. Yech.
  7. Don't forget cryoroamers. Sure, they only appeared in a G3 sidequest as far as I know, but.... As to to HitchHiker's: I have also seen and read most of the material. My mom was laughing about it one day and said 6 is the number of the Devil in certain religions, and 7 is a lucky number, which can be construed as good, so 6 times 7 is evil times good: the ultimate answer! hehe.
  8. The Shaper would have few psion abilities compared to other classes, the bulk of the points are FOR the Shaping. Thuryl-are we both talking about 3.5 edition here? Because the only way toi bypass that limit in 3.5 is to take a feat that raises effective manifester level by 4 every time you take it.
  9. Well if they are support structures serving as stabilizers, it would convert them to active, and you hvae to admit canister users are unstable. Oh well, bad idea I guess.
  10. It is said that at any given time, a person only ever use between 10 and 20 % of their mind's potential. This makes me wonder if what the GeneForge is doing is simply unlocking more of your mind, which makes you more effective overall but makes individual parts of your brain, like the emotional center, less effective. The same 10-20% applies to the body as well. The best athlete you have ever seen is giving maybe as much as 20%, so a canister that makes you stronger goes over this limit. However, the reason this limit exists is using too much can cause severe damage, so what happens when a person uses 1000 canisters? heh.
  11. No, it's because the PC doesn't care so doesn't going around gossiping about who is with who. Maybe that's what Jeff should add, some good gossip.

This isn't as unbalanced as it sounds, since there are only a few situations in which doing that is really your best option. The maximum power points you can spend on any one power is your manifester level.
  13. OHHHHHHHHHH! I missed that entirely! Yes, I have played all the Exiles and The first three Avernums-Wait, WHAT!? The Spiders are GONE!???? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! EDIT: heh, I should have catched it when Nioca I think it was said "You're Cute!"
  14. also make sure you are hurt when using the healmenow/ouchouch cheats, and all that good stuff
  15. Rather than limit how many can stack, the DM should realize that unlike in Geneforge, there are a lot more spells and abilities, so if a party finds any canisters, they are probably not going to be of the same type. I am having a conversation with Safey atm, and he was trying to adapt the psionics rules instead of the spell's rules. I find that interesting, Power points would be his "essence", but I don't know how well it would work, need a cost for the creations and all that. Before I ever read the psionics handbook I came up with a system for it, and then I got it, and the only difference was power point amounts, and the fact that they had wierd powers that can use acid and stuff somehow. I never got that-It's a cheap way to use magic!
  16. My favorite is the Ornk. All hail the mighty ORNKS!!!!!!!!! Also pizza. And now for something completely different.
  17. uhhhh....am I missing something here? why are you capitalizing GIFTS? must be something I haven't seen, having not played A4 or A5....Oh well, if it's a spoiler I don't want to hear about it, I'll see myself one day.
  18. thanks, thought that was the case, and my theory on that is because he added more sdfs with each game.
  19. Most likely the same way any person gains control of a sect of mages and the like, either election or seniority and power level comparisons, as well as a personality analysis.
  20. wow, thanks a lot....how very....kind of you to insult the series....you know, I think I'll read them anyway and find out for myself....
