I didn't have to ask around at all. He is just hiding in Rockfall Canyon and I came across him while looking around.

I am almost to the end of the game and I still have this quest hanging out there. I can not find this guy anywhere! Please help!!

Is it a hidden passage? I don't remember a passage that gave me that message. I went down into the Mindtaker's lair with the 4 soldiers. They crossed the bridge, I kept going. Cleared the path to the dragon, etc. No nest that I can find anywhere. Grrr.....

OK,I must be missing something, because I can not find these anywhere. Are they after you go down into the dragon's pit? I had already cleared that area and I can't find anything. Please help!!

There is a cache and a trapdoor north of McLovin's claim across the river. I have been everywhere and can't figure out how to reach that. They are surrounded by plants. Is it a tease or a legit cache? Thanks!
