Can't seem to get anywhere with this challenge - how do I kill it?

got my cities messed up. Fort Dranlon is the one that I can't get the door open for. Sorry.

I have done most everything but I can't get the door open near Cotra. I have done the testing circle near Formello but there is a secret door somewhere? I have looked all over the north side of the city, along all the walls and can't find anything else to do or any more doors.

I am almost to the end of the game and want to make sure I haven't missed anything important.
