You could also just install Classic Environment.

Why there? *warning: displays secret of G1*

Tully, it's easier to press the quote button on ther person's post rather than try to remember who wrote what later, while you're typing your post. -
Vampiric touch allows you to steal some of your victim's life energy.

I'm on Mac OS 10.4.9. That might explain it, Diki. Ah, well. I discovered this when I was randomly typing in stuff to see what would happen.

Space in between skill and points. Type, as I quote: Quote: skill points Just that. With a space, please.
-
Diki, look at your character's stats. Then, type in "skill points." Minus the quotation marks and period. Everything should increase by one.
-
I know all of those except the iampoor and iamweak ones. Those are both new and self-damaging, I assume. Try typing in "skill points" into the What do you Want window. Then, look at your stats.

Perfect as is. No tech beyond what we have now would be perfect for G5.

I wuold like everyone who considers themselves a Geneforge 4 addict/professional to post here. To start off, I know all of the cheat codes. Rechargeme, healmenow, etc. But, nonetheless, I would like everyone to post all of the cheat codes that they know are useable by Shift-D here. I've discovered something about those codes, and I'm curious how many of you know.

Ah, so that's where it was hiding. Thank yew, O mod.

Khyryk will solve both those problems. Are you a rebel?

Gotta use the kyshakk. The lightning cloud aftereffect is very useful, as it doesn't fade as quickly as acid/poison and does a ton more damage overall.

GF2 - Is it possible to join multiple sects?

Certainly. But it is much more fun to become a God and exploit all of the servile saps to your ultimate, evil ends. -
Level 21? Agent? You're pretty brave. Or foolish. Agents are the hardest to play with, and I didn't even think about going near the Crypts until I was Level 25. With several drayks, cryodrayks, and battle betas that could stomp, whomp, and chomp anything that decided to stick its ugly head up. However, if you've used the Geneforge...

Ran into a couple of closed doors in Eliza's bunker, Barrier Zone. Whenever I see a closed door I have an instant urge to open it. but, I can't open these doors. Are they just scenery, like the sealed stone doors in the fens? Or something much more sinister?

Didn't think you could override the Norton software on Windows. It looked pretty integrated to me, I couldn't figure how to shut it off when it popped up on my brother's machine.

But, it was really neat to be able to visit Porypha and Dillame. I've been waiting since I heard about them in the end storylines of previous games.

That's it! You are running Norton or some other antivirus software in the background, therefore taking up processing space which the game needs. Can't believe I missed that when Diki started the original "G4 running slow" topic. Yeesh... Of course, Diki could get a few hardware upgrades and then the antivirus software could run and she could play Geneforge 4 at the same time.
-
Ouch! You have my sympathy. University?
-
Hmm... I don't agree with all of that review. The graphics were pretty good, they don't need to be so complicated you can't fit them on a CD to enjoy the game.

Haven't found it yet, my friend. I just have to add an hour, so it isn't really a big deal for me.

This needs to be in the Geneforge forum. I think.
