Saint Liebowitz

Nevermind, I just found the storeroom south of the one with the bow and the potion. Bah, I'm dumb.

SO I'm at Captain Matos, the first quest where he just wants me to get outfitted, picked up the bow and potion, what else does he need? It doesn't seem to matter what I have equipped or picked up, he won't say anything other than telling me to get outfitted.

Any ideas? I've started over to see if it happens again, but alas, it does.
