Nevermind, I deleted it. Had to restart again, I guess. Thanks for the help

I tried restarting as well as closing programs with the Task Manager, but I still can't delete it from my desktop

Cannot delete exil3v10: It is being used by another person or program

That's the message I keep getting

I recently downloaded the demo of Exile III, but now I can't delete "exil3v10.exe" from my desktop. Can anyone help?
